Terms and Conditions

This is the Hotel’s most flexible rate, providing guests with the freedom to modify or cancel their booking without penalty, provided notice is given before the designated deadline.

  1. Payment and Guarantee
  • Payment at Hotel: No prepayment or deposit is required to confirm this booking. Payment for the full stay is due upon arrival at the Hotel (Check-in).
  • Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking solely to guarantee the reservation. This card will not be charged unless the policy terms below are violated (e.g., late cancellation if a deadline is later implemented). (Note: If you plan to implement a cancellation deadline later, specify it here, e.g., “up to 24 hours prior to check-in.”)
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel this reservation at any time prior to the scheduled check-in date without incurring any charge or penalty.
  • Cancellation Notice: The guest is strongly encouraged to formally notify the Hotel immediately if they decide to cancel, allowing the room to be reallocated.
  1. Rescheduling and Modification
  • Modification Permitted: Guests are permitted to reschedule or modify the dates of their booking at any time, subject to room availability on the requested new dates.
  • Rate Adjustment: The new booking will be charged at the prevailing rate applicable to the new dates.
  1. No-Show Policy (Failure to Arrive)
  • No Penalty: In the event that the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification (a “No-Show”), no fine or penalty will be levied, and the guaranteeing credit card will not be charged. The reservation will be automatically canceled.

Non-Refundable Rate

By selecting this rate, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the following specific terms, which offer a reduced booking price in exchange for a strict cancellation and modification policy.

  1. Booking Guarantee and Payment
  • Full Prepayment Required: This rate requires full, non-refundable prepayment of the entire booking cost at the time of reservation to confirm and guarantee the booking.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Confirmation of a booking under this rate constitutes the guest’s acceptance of all terms detailed herein.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Non-Refundable Status: All prepayments are strictly non-refundable.
  • No Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation initiated by the guest, regardless of the date or reason for cancellation, no refund will be issued for the prepaid amount.
  1. No-Show Policy (Failure to Arrive)
  • Full Charge: If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification (a “No-Show”), the reservation will be canceled, and 100% of the total booking cost will be retained as a cancellation penalty. No further refund or credit will be provided.
  1. Rescheduling and Modification
  • Request Basis: Requests for changes, including modification of dates (rescheduling), are subject to availability at the time of the request.
  • Rate Adjustment: If rescheduling is approved, the guest will be responsible for paying any difference in the room rate between the original booking and the new dates. If the new rate is lower, no refund will be issued for the difference, as per the Non-Refundable policy.
  • Restriction: Modifications may be restricted or denied, especially if the request is made close to the original arrival date.

Non-Refundable Deposit Rate

By selecting this rate, the guest confirms acceptance of the following terms, which guarantee the reservation using a non-refundable deposit.

  1. Booking Guarantee and Payment
  • Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay is required and payable at the time of booking to confirm and secure the reservation.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the full booking cost is due upon check-in.
  1. Cancellation and Deposit Policy
  • Deposit Forfeit: The first night’s deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Penalty: In the event of a cancellation initiated by the guest, regardless of the notice provided, the first night’s deposit will be retained by the Hotel as a cancellation fee. No further charges will apply to the remaining balance.
  1. No-Show Policy (Failure to Arrive)
  • Penalty: If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification (a “No-Show”), the reservation will be canceled, and the first night’s deposit will be retained as a penalty. No additional charges will be made.
  1. Rescheduling and Modification
  • Request Basis: Requests for modification of dates (rescheduling) are subject to Hotel availability at the time of the request.
  • Rate Adjustment: If rescheduling is approved, the guest will be responsible for paying any difference in the room rate between the original booking and the new dates. The original non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new reservation.

Extended Stay Discount Rate

Terms and Conditions

This specialized rate plan is reserved for guests committing to a minimum stay of 21 consecutive nights or more and is subject to the following deposit, cancellation, and early departure terms.

  1. Eligibility and Duration
  • Minimum Stay: This discounted rate is strictly available for reservations confirming a stay of 21 consecutive nights or longer.
  • Rate Application: The discounted rate applies only to the full confirmed duration (21+ nights).
  1. Deposit and Payment
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s stay is required and payable online at the time of booking to confirm and secure the reservation.
  • Balance Due: The remaining balance of the full booking cost is due and payable upon check-in.
  1. Deposit Policy (Cancellation and No-Show)
  • Deposit Forfeit: The one-night deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be retained by the Hotel in the event of:
    • Cancellation: A cancellation of the reservation, regardless of when the notice is provided.
    • No-Show: The guest failing to arrive on the scheduled check-in date.
  1. Early Departure Policy

Should the guest choose to check out before the confirmed departure date (i.e., stay fewer than the committed 21+ nights), the following financial terms will apply to the pre-paid amount for the unused portion of the stay:

  1. Cost Recalculation: The Hotel will first calculate the total cost for the nights actually stayed, applying the originally booked discounted nightly rate.
  2. Early Departure Fee: The Hotel will retain 50% of the cost for the remaining unused nights as an Early Departure Fee.
  3. Refund: A refund will be processed for the remaining 50% of the unused nights’ cost.

Example: If a guest books 30 nights but departs after 25 nights, the guest will be charged for the 5 nights not stayed, but will receive a 50% refund on that charge.
