Special Long Stay Rate
Sign up the membership program. Book a minimum of 21 consecutive nights and unlock a special room rate as below.
- January and February at 1,750 THB per night
- March, April, July, August and October at 1,550 THB per night
- May, June and September at 1,350 THB per night

Rate Plan & Payment Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit & 50% Early Departure Fee.
This special discounted rate plan is available for guests booking a minimum stay of 21 consecutive nights or more.
- Deposit & Payment: A deposit equivalent to 1 night’s stay is required and payable online at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance of the full booking cost is due upon check-in.
- Deposit Policy (Cancellation/No-Show): The 1-night deposit is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation or no-show, regardless of when notice is provided.
Early Departure Policy
Should a guest choose to check out before the confirmed departure date (e.g., staying fewer than the 21+ nights booked), the following terms will apply to the pre-paid amount for the unused portion of the stay:
- Stay Cost Recalculation: The hotel will first determine the total cost for the nights actually stayed.
- Refund Calculation: A refund will be processed for 50% of the remaining unused nights’ cost. The other 50% will be retained by the hotel as an Early Departure Fee.
